A. “The Secret of Money: How to use the Law of Attraction for Financial Health & Wealth”
This workshop teaches you how to take advantage of the Law of Attraction to prosper. What aerobics does for your body, Prosperity Aerobics does for your mind. It liberates you from money worries, overcomes family money patterns, transforms the Money Rejection Complex, and reconnects you to the Universe’s abundance. “Breakthrough Coach” Cary Bayer draws from his popular Prosperity Aerobics book to offer a 20-minute daily inner workout to overcome dysfunctional thinking and behavior that creates dramatic breakthroughs in your earning, saving, spending and investing. Moreover, he presents this class joyfully, with wit and humor, enabling you to transform the charged topic of money in a spirit of fun and play.
B. “Spirit & Money: Prospering by Doing what You Love”
This class helps the millions of spiritual seekers to heal the erroneous separation that so often exists in their minds between Spirit and money. Most importantly, A Course in Money Miracles author Cary Bayer teaches how to use your God-given talents to attract revenue streams by doing the work that you love–your dharma (the work that you’re here to do). This can, in time, turn a tolerable livelihood into a passionate lovelihood. It also shows you how to make a larger cut of the millionaire pie available to you in our abundant universe, and gain 200 percent of Life’s spiritual and material riches. It also teaches you a prayer that you can use on a daily basis to help create unexpected income.
Finally, it helps empower those who are already doing what they love to market their services more effectively by learning the art of spiritual marketing, and come to see that selling itself, when it’s done from the heart, can be graceful and as innocent as child’s play.
C. “A Course in Money Miracles”
This workshop, by A Course in Money Miracles author Cary Bayer, draws from his book to help facilitate the manifestation of money miracles in your life. The class helps you align with your unlimited source of prosperity, offers tips from a multimillionaire, shows you how to get out of debt, how to sell more innocently, and transform the limiting thoughts that keep you disconnected from the abundance of the Universe.
D. “How to Discover & Use Your Money Mantra”
At many of the 20,000 meals you ate growing up in your parents’ home, you imbibed their beliefs about money-many of them quite disempowering. Taken together, the most negative thoughts from your mother and the most negative from your father create your own Family Money Lie about money.
Your Money Mantra, on the other hand, is the empowering message that turns this lie on its head and enables you to transform your family’s limiting message and begin creating the financial abundance you were born to enjoy.
In class, Prosperity Aerobics author and Money Mantra Meditation founder Cary Bayer will help you develop your own personal Money Mantra. Moreover, he’ll show you how to use this powerful message at home on a daily basis to more quickly attract such prosperity into your life.
A. “How to Find & Live Your Purpose”
In this workshop, How to Find & Live your Purpose author Cary Bayer helps you gain a clear sense of the reason you’re here and the important role that you have to play in life. It will define the primary reason that you’re alive–namely, your spiritual purpose, and clearly describe the states of consciousness that you were born to live.
It will also help you design a project that you’re passionate about that could make a big difference in the world. Lastly, it also provides tools for you to help stay focused on these purposes, and stay so enthusiastic about them that you can inspire others to support you in your endeavors.
B. “Why You are Here”
What college student hasn’t pondered the existential question, “Why am I here?” Others have asked, “Who am I?” Pilate asked Jesus, “What is Truth?” All of these questions are answered profoundly in the workshop, “Why You Are Here.”
It looks at four main reasons why you’re here:
- To realize your true nature (which the Yogis call Moksha).
- To heal your relationships with the people in your life (which the Yogis call cleaning up your Karma).
- To take the talents God gave you and bring them into the world. (The yogis call this doing your Dharma).
- To heal the planet. (Jewish people call this Tikkun-olam.)
The workshop will show you how effortlessly meditation can bring you to an experience of your true Self. It will teach a technique to help you come to peace with anyone and everyone in your life who you are not at peace with. It will also show you how to discover your Dharma. Lastly, it will inspire you to create a project that can help heal the world.
C. “How to Overcome Procrastination NOW”
In this valuable class, How to Overcome Procrastination Now author Cary Bayer offers procrastinators tools to immediately overcome habits of delaying actions that cause untold suffering, loss of money, and lack of success. It includes interactive one-on-one processes that help procrastinators isolate the causes of their behavior. The class provides mental, emotional, and behavioral techniques that empower a dynamic life filled with achievement and peace. Methods include a behavior modification process based on an enticing weekly reward, appealing to the inner child, that offers win/win scenarios for procrastinators and everyone else whose lives they touch. Most of all, this fun procrastination game dramatically transforms how one feels about the activities that one procrastinates—morphing what had been stress and anxiety into pure pleasure. Moreover, the class presents the Procrastination Aerobics, a 15-minute preventive program that builds self-esteem and makes it very difficult for procrastination to take root again
D. “Thoughtmail: Mastering the Inner Technology for Happiness & Success”
You’ve mastered voicemail, you’ve mastered email, now it’s time to master Thoughtmail. Thoughtmail, you ask?
Thoughtmail embraces five essential inner communication techniques. It enables you to transform your mind, purify your heart, awaken your Spirit, and create the life you’d love to live. It incorporates these powerful practices:
* Affirmation (Positive communication with your own mind)
* Visualization (Picturing a goal with a mental JPEG)
* Meditation (Your mind connecting to your higher Self)
* Prayer (Your heart speaking with God)
* Telepathy (Your mind transmitting to another mind)
In this workshop, Coach Cary Bayer, author of 40 Days to a Happy Life and Higher Self Meditations, and the founder of Higher Self Healing Meditation™, will show you how to master Thoughtmail, the inner technology for happiness and success.
E. “Synchronicity: How to be in the Right Place at the Right Time”
There’s nothing quite like being in the right place at the right time. The word for such “magical” moments is synchronicity, which I like to spell as Synchroni City, the capital of the state of Grace. Synchronicities are a bit like being in the zone—you can’t create them or will them—as they come to you as gifts. There are things that you can do, however, to increase the possibilities that such gifts flow to you–and do so in abundance. And those things that you can control are the subject matter of this workshop.
You’ll come away from this class with a variety of tools that you can use right away—such as ways of thinking, speaking, and behaving that can put you in tune with Nature’s ways so that your life feels more and more like a flow. You’ll also come away with an understanding of what causes synchronicities; and you’ll learn how you can set up your inner antennae to increase the chances that you’ll pick up their wondrous signals.
F. “Peace Trumps Hate: Tools for Spiritual & Political Empowerment”
In these politically polarized times, millions of people in the Divided States of America who voted for the person who won the popular vote feel disenfranchised and alienated by the new President and his Administration. This has been evidenced by massive demonstrations, as well as overflowing town hall meetings of Senators and Congressmen throughout the country.
This integrated workshop, inspired by the spiritual/political movements of Mahatma Gandhi and the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.,has been created to help these people give voice to their positions and, at the same time, awaken a higher consciousness that’s needed to maintain inner peace while doing so. The class is twofold in purpose: to empower such people spiritually so that they stay inspired and resist falling into despair, and to arm them politically with constructive actions that they can take so that their representatives truly and persistently hear their messages.
The class concludes with the learning of a technique to help attendees come to peace with the President, even while resisting his agenda.
G. “Affirmation Meditation: The Enlightened Way to Change your Mind for Good”
Affirmations can be read, spoken, or listened to–all for useful effect. This workshop will teach Affirmation Meditation, a 15-minute written practice that’s probably the most holistic way to use affirmation. The reason for this is simple: its three-step approach to each repetition includes the release of a negative thought that prevents the affirmation from manifesting. It also provides a new affirmation to transform that limited thought and shed light on the darkened part of the mind that could have held such a small belief in the first place. The workshop will teach students how to master each of the practice’s vital three steps.
Participants will also learn valuable affirmations for five areas of their lives: money, career, relationships, communication, and their inner spiritual journey
H. “Have You Hit any Home Runs Lately: Or Had any Perfect Days & Projects?”
A friend of mine recently asked me if I had hit any home runs lately, a question that was at once so poignant, and had never been asked of me before. Fortunately, I’d hit quite a few out of the park recently, so I told him I had, and realized in an instant that this is the perfect title for a workshop.
The author of 40 Days to a Happy Life and A Course in Money Miracles, I designed this class to help you focus on what such a home run or perfect manifestation might be (relationship, event, project, etc.). It also helps arm you with the tools required to attract such greatness into your life, such as commitment, empowerment, determination, persistence, and enhanced self-esteem. Finally, if the home run you attempt to hit doesn’t leave the playing field, or if that perfect relationship sputters in different ways, don’t fret: who this class helps you become while aiming for your perfection will be a much bigger person than you were before you enrolled.
A. “The Secret of Successful Relationships: How to Use the Law of Attraction to Draw More Love into Your Life”
In a relaxed and enjoyable way, this interactive workshop, by Relationships 101 author Cary Bayer, teaches people how to take advantage of the Law of Attraction in their relationships. By falling deeper in love with themselves, they can magnetize others and create ideal loving relationships. The class also provides an immensely valuable inner workout for enriching all relationships. Couples learn how to deeply appreciate each other on a daily basis, rooting out the major cause of marital strife and divorce. Singles use these exercises to enhance self-esteem and communications skills. Students are enlightened on boundaries, and taught how to defend against those who’d abuse them.
B. “How to Find Your Soul Mate”
The Law of Attraction teaches that you attract into your life people and experiences based on your thoughts. This workshop, led by Relationships 101 author Cary Bayer, shows you how to prepare the way for your soul mate to show up by teaching you first how to fall in love with yourself, the basis for drawing that mate to you.
It then shows you how to let the universe know of your readiness for finding your mate—which is an inner process–then how to best let the world know—which is an outer process that involves the people in your life and the dating services on the Internet.
The workshop also trains you how to become magnetic to others, while teaching you the six steps for securing more good dates with people you’re both attracted to and resonate with, to see if such people might be that soul mate. Finally, it puts you on a clear path to looking for love in all the right places—and, magically, finding it.
C. “How to be at Peace with Anyone”
Rare is the person who doesn’t have unresolved issues with an ex-spouse, parent, boss, current spouse, deceased parent or ex-boss, for example. People also spend thousands of dollars in therapy trying to resolve these conflicts.
Have you ever noticed that people who resemble the person or people who you’re incomplete with have an uncanny knack for showing up in your life in different guises? That’s no accident. This workshop will provide the theoretical framework to understand the role these people play in your life.
This highly practical workshop also comes equipped with a systematic, three-step Completion Process that frees you of the toxic energy and heavy weight that you’ve been carrying around for all these years.
In this class, you’ll make tremendous progress toward finishing the first of these three steps that are vital for your physical, emotional, and financial health, and will enable you to become at peace with anyone you’ve ever known.
D. “Conscious Communication”
This class teaches vital techniques to speak and listen effectively. In a relaxed and even playful manner, Conscious Communication author Cary Bayer shows how to safely tell the truth quickly and kindly, and stop withholding communications that you really need to make. It offers regular exercises that enable you to get closer to the important people in your personal life, as well as to colleagues at work.
E. “Sex & Money: How to Enjoy an Abundant Passionate Life”
Talking about religion and politics can create divisions between people. Talking about sex and money can create embarrassment in people. Our culture fosters guilt about both of these vital parts of life that need to be lived in abundance if you’re to enjoy a rich and passionate existence.
Sex and money are both linked to desire: the former fulfills the desires of two people who, through their mutual attraction and passionate expression, can create a sense of timelessness that gives a glimpse of the Eternity in every moment of time, as well as a feeling of unity that gives a glimpse of the Oneness of the Universe. The latter is a tool to use to fulfill desires and enjoy the nearly infinite things in the material world, as well as to acquire tools that enable you to advance in your realization of the spiritual world.
The first step to creating an abundance of sex and money is innocence. Prosperity and Relationship Coach Cary Bayer draws from his books, Prosperity Aerobics and Relationships 101, to offer tools that you can practice in your daily life both by yourself and with whomever you have sex with to re-awaken innocence in a profound way. He also provides other physical, mental, and emotional methods that will bring you further into your body, into your feelings, and into your Unconscious to transform the way you think about sex and money. These techniques and practices free you from limited ways of thinking and acting, and place you on a track to create an abundance of money and sex in your life.
F. “The Peace & Freedom Beyond Complaining”
Complaining is a contagious habit that pervades our culture and causes increasing unhappiness in anyone who does it. Yet, most people are so enmeshed in its hold, that the very thought of getting out of it seems laughable, if not impossible.
That is, until this interactive class by Relationships 101 and Conscious Communication author Cary Bayer came into your life. In just a couple of hours, you’ll learn a pair of specific techniques that can free you from its insidious grip once and for all, and find the natural peace and freedom that awaits you when you do.
A. “The Good Life & the God Life: How to Be Spiritually Awakened & Materially Abundant”
Some people have as their priority acquiring wealth, while others prefer spiritual development. For most people, there’s no happy medium, with the focus on one inhibiting, in their minds, the attainment of the other. This class enables both to unfold gracefully.
Buckminster Fuller, the 20th century genius, analyzed Earth’s resources, and found there’s enough for everyone to be a millionaire. Scriptures say that you’re made in the image of God–in other words, that which is infinite. Isn’t it time to embody both spiritual and material abundance?
Cary Bayer, who lives on the ocean in south Florida and in the mountains of legendary Woodstock, NY, has helped thousands of people evolve spiritually by teaching both Transcendental Meditation and Higher Self Healing Meditation. (He also trained dozens of TM teachers.) Since the late ‘80s, he’s taught the principles of prosperity, and since 2001 he’s been a full-time life coach. The author of A Course in Money Miracles and Higher Self Meditations, he provides, in this class, a variety of methods to live two hundred percent of life—to awaken spiritually, while opening the channels for more material abundance to flow to you. These include worldwide prayers for attracting affluence, the Manna from Heaven Meditation, a breathing method to connect to Source, and a way to meditate without any effort.
If you’d like to understand the higher states of consciousness available to you, including the enlightened state of Self-Realization; speed up your path to spiritual awakening; and make progress on developing a million dollar net worth, this is the class for you.
B. “Secrets of the Yogis: Tips for Thriving on the Spiritual Path”
The ancient yogis of India taught many profound truths of life that we can take advantage of to become healthier, wealthier, and wiser. Some of those great teachings are not so well known.
In this valuable workshop Higher Self Healing Meditation founder Cary Bayer, a former teacher of Transcendental Meditation, trainer of TM teachers, and author of Higher Self Mediations, will share some of those secrets with you so that you may evolve more smoothly, have more energy, meditate without any effort whatsoever; find your career path and make more money with less effort; and get more support from the Universe. What’s more, you’ll come to understand how to take advantage of the Law of Karma, and you’ll also come away with a deeper insight into your essential nature, and learn who is the true doer of all action.
C. “The Bhagavad Gita & the Secret to the Meaning of Life”
The greatest yoga class ever is recorded in the sacred Bhagavad Gita, an ancient Sanskrit poem. It tells of an honorable leader who must choose between saving his family or his country. Involving far more than the postures and breathing exercises of a usual yoga class, the story shows the Way to a direct experience of Reality. At the same time, it reveals the elusive secrets of karma, dharma, meditation, and service.
With compassion, humor, anecdote and interactive processes, Cary Bayer, a meditation teacher since the ’70s and author of Higher Self Meditations, connects some of these sacred insights from the Gita to the contemporary challenges of finding your career path; performing successful action supported by the Universe; and finding your higher Self.
D. “The Gospels & the Gita: Transformation through the Teachings of Christ & Krishna”
Christ and Krishna were two of the greatest spiritual teachers the world has ever known. Perceived by millions as avatars—literally, incarnations of God who came to save the world—their wisdom has been preserved for the ages in the Gospels and the Bhagavad Gita, respectively.
The deepest interpretation of the work of Christ and Krishna is that they came to literally transform each of us from the inside out so that we could enjoy the Kingdom of Heaven–in the case of Jesus–and the Unity of God Consciousness–in the case of the founder of Yoga.
In this class, Cary Bayer, the former Transcendental Meditation teacher and trainer of teachers, who founded Higher Self Healing Meditation in 2010, illuminates parallels in the teachings of these two great masters. Moreover, the author of Higher Self Meditations provides specific techniques that can be incorporated into daily life to speed up your evolution to the higher states of spiritual development that these avatars lived, and intended for us to awaken in ourselves.

F. “Zen Teachings of Cats & Dogs”
Americans have taken 171 million cats and dogs that into their 115 million homes to raise, and spend some $50 billion a year on them. These little buddhas, who demonstrate many of the qualities that the world’s great teachers have taught about the nature of Enlightenment, have, in turn, taken us under their wings…um, make that paws.
In this class, Zen Teachings of Cats & Dogs and Zen Teachings of Animals author Cary Bayer provides tools that we can practice daily–call it Pet Yoga–to master five important qualities of Enlightenment they show us. Pet Yoga helps transform our consciousness from low levels of fear where our tail is between our legs to the place where it’s wagging all the time, the state of consciousness called Feline Groovy.
A. “Beatles Yoga”
In this musical/meditation class students listen to and read the lyrics of several songs by the Fab Four, that inspires new insights and awakenings in their consciousness. Then, Cary Bayer, the author of Beatles Yoga, the founder of Higher Self Healing Meditation and a former trainer of teachers of Transcendental Meditation, presents an introduction to a simple, but powerful, meditation practice. After that, he shares a cleansing breath meditation practiced by the Beatles, as guided by their guru, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi at his ashram in India. The class concludes with a mantra meditation that gives the experience of the effortless nature of the meditation that the Beatles sang about.
B. “Follow your Yellow Brick Road: Awakening Courage, Compassion & Wisdom for the Journey Home”
In this highly interactive workshop, Follow your Yellow Brick Road and Zen Teachings of Oz author Cary Bayer helps you gain momentum on your inner journey to Enlightenment. Moreover, it offers a “Yellow Brick Road”-a series of daily inner exercises inspired by The Wizard of Oz-that returns you to your true “home,” your Higher Self, or inner Spirit within.
The workshop awakens valuable qualities for your inner journey: courage, desperately sought by the Cowardly Lion; compassion, which the Tin Man sought; wisdom, the Scarecrow’s longing; and the innocence embodied by Dorothy that overcomes negative influences and attracts great support from the Universe.
The workshop helps you realize that no wizard or guru has all the answers to your quest; but with the facilitation of a Good Witch (Therapist, Guru or Coach), you can find those answers as you find your way home to peace. These essential qualities are awakened through interactive processes that include one-on-one verbal dyads and journaling. You’ll gain a much clearer understanding of where you are on your journey, and what areas you need to work on to speed up your progress. In a delightful and fun way, this workshop provides tools to help make the dreams that you dare to dream come true.
C. “Star Wars Yoga, The Force, & You”
“May the Force be with you,” we’re told in George Lucas’s Star Wars saga. In this workshop, “Star Wars” Yoga, The Force, & You author Cary Bayer provides techniques to help you align your consciousness with the Force that underlies your life and pervades all things. The former teacher of Transcendental Meditation and founder of Higher Self Healing Meditation also offers an in-class experience of effortless meditation in which the Force directs the process. What’s more, it teaches the power of commitment, and shows how to retrain your consciousness and speech to put you in the flow of the Force and have the power of the Universe behind your thoughts and action. Lastly, it articulates some of the latent superhuman abilities that Yoda taught Luke Skywalker, and describes the ancient Yogic method for manifesting such inner resources.
C1. ”The Gospel of Luke (Skywalker): Jesus & the Jedi” (for churches)
In this workshop, Cary Bayer, author of “Star Wars” Yoga, the Force and You and Meditations on Christ, presents the timeless wisdom of Christ and the cinematic wisdom of Yoda to help you align your consciousness with the Holy Spirit and the Force. The former teacher of Transcendental Meditation and founder of Higher Self Healing Meditation also offers an in-class experience of effortless meditation in which Spirit and the Force direct the process. What’s more, the class teaches the power of conscious communication, and shows how to retrain your consciousness and speech to put you in the flow of the Force and have the power of the Spirit behind your thoughts and action. Lastly, it articulates some of the latent superhuman abilities that Jesus demonstrated and that Yoda taught Luke Skywalker, and describes the ancient Yogic method for manifesting such inner resources.
D. “Awaken your Inner Superhero”
Superheroes aren’t just comic book fantasies for kids, says The Yoga of Entertainment: Higher Consciousness in Pop Culture author Cary Bayer; they’re mythic archetypes who embody your own sleeping inner potential. Their dual identities will remind you of your own dual nature: your small self–or social role that you play–and your higher Self, which is a spark of the divine. The workshop helps you locate the Fortress of Solitude and Batcave deep within you. It also enables you to regularly connect to your secret identity with a daily Superhero Meditation that you will learn in class. You may not leave the workshop with the ability to leap tall buildings in a single bound, but you will change the course of the mighty river of your life.
E. “The Yoga of Oz”
In this enlightening class, Zen Teachings of Oz author Cary Bayer reveals that The Wizard of Oz, one of the most beloved films ever, abounds with spiritual truths. Once you understand that Dorothy’s adventure Over the Rainbow is a metaphor for her inner journey, you’ll discover where you are on your path. You’ll also learn a breathing method to provide a taste of the place within where troubles melt like lemon drops.
The class showcases a key principle of healing discovered by Depth Psychologist C. G. Jung: namely, that what you resist persists. Dorothy resists Miss Gulch, who wants to kill Toto, and seeks to escape her by leaving Kansas. Over the Rainbow that witch-like Midwesterner becomes an even-more wicked Witch of the West, and now she wants to kill Dorothy herself. (The movie shows this vivid transformation during the twister that sent Dorothy’s house flying through space.) Through journaling, you’ll locate the Miss Gulches in your life who you’ve chosen to resist, only to find them reappearing as someone else who you also couldn’t get along with. Through an enlightened Completion Process, you’ll be shown how to make peace with this Shadow figure.
The class shows how to connect to your higher Self and release the kind of doubts that made the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion think they needed to find something they already had. You’ll discover, like Dorothy did, not to pay attention to the man behind the curtain. In other words, you’ll be shown how to take back the projections you’ve placed on teachers and others whom you’ve put on pedestals and to whom you’ve given away your power.
Last but not least, each participant will be shown that, like Dorothy, you, too, are supported by the higher powers of the Universe, whether they’re named Glinda, angels, or Spirit. Most of all, you’ll be able to gain access to that by symbolically clicking your heels together three times and awakening your own intuition.
F. “Christ, Superman & You”
There are less than six degrees of separation between Superman Christ, and you, because you’re made in the image of God. The Psalms said that ”Ye shall be as gods;” and Jesus said, “He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do.” Superman, in the comic books, said, “It’s not too far-fetched to predict that some day, our very own planet may be peopled by Supermen!”
In this fun workshop, The Yoga of Entertainment: Higher Consciousness in Pop Culture author Cary Bayer enables you to recognize that the social role you play—whether as a mild-mannered reporter from a great metropolitan newspaper, a carpenter, or whatever your occupation happens to be—represents the outer, visible part of your being. There’s an inner, invisible part of who you are that’s your higher, spiritual nature. This workshop teaches a meditation and visualization to help you shift your awareness daily from your outer to your inner nature.
You’re here to do great things, and this workshop, which helps you be in the world but not of it, will help you accomplish just that.
G. “Rock ‘n’ Roll Yoga: Pop Lyrics, Higher Consciousness, & Meditation”
In the late ‘60s and early ‘70s, a variety of folk artists and rock bands created songs that invited their listeners to go within to the Transcendent area of their being. These artists included the Beatles, the Moody Blues, Donovan, the Beach Boys, Carly Simon, Leonard Cohen, and the Incredible String Band, among others. As you hear these songs in class, they may help awaken that deeply silent place within you.
Cary Bayer, author of The Yoga of Entertainment: Higher Consciousness in Pop Culture, taught Transcendental Meditation for more than three decades. Then, in 2010, he developed Higher Self Healing Meditation. In these sessions, he will play these musicians’ songs, discuss their spiritual insights, and sprinkle the conversation with descriptions of a simple meditation technique that can enable people to contact a higher Self, awakening its peace and freedom for life.
H. “Moses, Superman & You” (For synagogues)
There are less than six degrees of separation between Superman, Moses, and you, because you’re made in the image of God. The Psalms said that ”Ye shall be as gods.” Superman, created by a pair of Jewish teens near Cleveland during World War II, has been seen as a golem in tights. In the comic books, he said, “It’s not too far-fetched to predict that some day, our very own planet may be peopled by Supermen!” The Hebrew translation of the name Kal-El (Superman’s name on Krypton) is “All that is God.”
Moses and Superman both performed miracles; both were committed to liberating people from injustice; both were disconnected from their parents in infancy; and both embodied the highest of ethical teachings.
In this delightful workshop,The Yoga of Entertainment: Higher Consciousness in Pop Culture author Cary Bayer enables you to recognize that the social role you play—whether as a mild-mannered reporter from a great metropolitan newspaper, a shepherd, or whatever your occupation happens to be—represents the outer, visible part of your being. There’s an inner, invisible part of who you are—your secret identity–that’s your higher, spiritual nature, located deep within at your inner Mt. Sinai.
This workshop teaches a visualization and affirmation technique to help you shift your awareness daily from your outer to your inner nature. You’re here to do great things, and this workshop will help you discover the heroic work that you can do to create Tikkun olam and make the world whole.
A. “Awaken your Creative Genius”
Scriptures from around the world tell you that you are made in the image of the Creator of the Universe. Yet, so many creative people stay blocked and stuck. Awaken your Creative Genius author Cary Bayer, a Life and Creativity coach who’s helped hundreds of people unfold their creativity, will show you how to tap into that infinite reservoir of creativity within you. This can help you manifest more creativity in your daily life-whether that means more inspiration for creative projects; more innovative ways of doing things in your profession; more ways of beautifying your home and surroundings; and newer ways of behaving in your relationships, among other things.
He’ll give you the keys to open the door to abundant creativity; the dynamite to blast through creative block; ways to connect to your muse through Spontaneous Writing and Discovery Writing; relax your mind and body to fire up your creativity; and date your inner artist. B. “Walt Whitman’s Enlightenment & The Awakening of Your Inner Artist”
Awakened to the Transcendent, Walt Whitman, the self-described “kosmos,” had powerful glimpses of the One Spirit that pervades the universe. His direct expressions of higher states of consciousness awaken powerful levels of your Being. Reading poetry of this kind-even for two minutes a day-can stir your soul.
His free verse, a radical breakthrough at the time, influenced modern poetry; he was no doubt the spiritual father of the great Beat Poetry movement. More importantly, he can influence your ability to create–whether it’s to write poetry, novels or screenplays; sing or play an instrument; paint; draw; design; decorate; cook; garden; or what have you.
This class will use his enlightened poems to free your inner artist. Cary Bayer, author of Walt Whitman: Poet of Enlightenment and Literary Yoga We’ll use a variety of writing exercises and creativity drills to establish connection with your own Muse. Lastly, by the time you leave the class, you will have written a poem about a bigger life waiting to lived by you.
C. “The Beatles, Archetypes, & You”
One reason that the Beatles transformed tens of millions of people in all corners of the world is because each of the “Fab Four” powerfully embodied a deep archetype within our Collective Unconscious. There was John, as Visionary Rebel or agent of change; Paul, as Lover; George, as Seeker of wisdom; and Ringo, as Jester. This great rock ‘n’ roll band is a virtual Tarot deck.
In this class, we’ll listen to specific Beatles’ songs to stimulate the four specific archetypes within you. Awakening just one of these four archetypes would allow you to become a bigger, more exciting person. This class provides practical proven techniques to awaken all four types. You will leave this class with tools that can speed up your spiritual journey, and help you evolve into a much more highly integrated human being.
For three decades, Cary Bayer, author of Beatles Yoga, taught Transcendental Meditation, which the Beatles practiced at Maharishi’s India ashram. In 2010, the former teacher of TM teachers developed Higher Self Healing Meditation. He’s also a life coach and the founder of Breakthrough Coaching.
A. “40 Days to a Happy Life”
Happiness…it’s what motivates virtually everything we do. And yet, most people are chronically unhappy, despite the fact that we live in the most affluent nation on earth. The majority of people are left only with the Declaration of Independence freedom: namely, the pursuit of happiness. This class is concerned with the fulfillment of that pursuit.
40 Days to a Happy Life author Cary Bayer helps awaken happiness for each class participant in three stages: 1) he first shows how to discover what makes one happy; 2) then he shows how to incorporate more of what makes one happy into one’s life; 3) finally, he teaches the student how to derive more happiness from everything he does in life.
If you already live an abundantly happy life, this class isn’t necessary. But very few people do, so this class becomes absolutely critical.
B. “Playing From Your Comic Mind/Playing With The Cosmic Mind”
With Coach Cary Bayer & a Special Guest Appearance by God
The first part of this delightful “playshop” is brought to you by Life Coach and stand-up comic Cary Bayer, with much of the second part presented by…um, God. We know…that’s quite a mouthful. So let us explain: Moses heard God speak through a burning bush, the Hebrews heard God speak through Christ, now you’ll get to hear God speak playfully to you in this class—and with a lovely Indian accent to boot.
Your sense of humor, or Comic Mind, is an innate gift from God that helps you gain a broader perspective and enables you to take on your challenges with a lighter heart. It also enables you to see and live the great truth expressed by comic genius Charlie Chaplin: “Life is a tragedy seen in close-up, but a comedy in long shot.” The playshop fulfills the ancient Chinese proverb about fish: it brings you laughs to lighten you for a day and teaches you how to laugh, to lighten you for a lifetime. You’ll learn a Laughter Meditation., as well as other techniques that Cary has learned from more than 25 years as both a teacher of personal growth and professional comedian and comedy writer.
In part 2, you’ll learn about the Cosmic Mind, your connection to it, and the Cosmic play at the very heart of Life. You’ll see how you can consciously tap the infinite source of delight deep within yourself. What’s more, you’ll come to understand the higher states of consciousness and joy that are available to you, and how much fun life is when it’s lived in tune with the great Cosmic Mind.
C. “Elf Realization: Playing with your Inner Magical Child”
Christ said that you can’t gain entry into the Kingdom of Heaven unless you become like a child again. How are you to pull off that neat trick unless you go back into your mother’s womb? The answer, of course, rests in awakening the inner child within you.
This class—more of a playshop than a workshop–promises to be one of the most healing and enjoyable couple of hours you’ll ever enjoy. That’s because the connection–or re-connection–with your inner child that it helps to facilitate, offers help in its healing, and enables you to have more ongoing fun with this inner child in your daily life.
The playful inner child of facilitator Cary Bayer offers you fun activities like drawing in a coloring book, jumping rope, flipping baseball cards, snacking on milk and cookies, and relaxing with nap time.
D. “Awaken your Inner Child for the Kingdom of Heaven” (for Churches)
Christ said that you cannot gain entry into the Kingdom of Heaven unless you become like a child again. How are you to go back into your mother’s womb again?
By the time you leave, you will embody the innocence of which Christ spoke.
A. “From Ritual to Spiritual: Embodying the Teachings of Christ”
As with many other traditions, hundreds of millions of Christians around the world attend church on Sunday mornings and move through the rituals associated with their faith. They are reminded of the remarkable stories and teachings of Jesus, share prayer, and do their best with the resources that they have to incorporate these principles into their lives. Sadly, the critical impetus that arises during the Sunday service, in most cases, is lost within hours.
This class provides practical methods culled from 40 years of ecumenical readings, personal study, and especially direct spiritual experience, to assist churchgoers to transform that part of their lives that might be termed “ritual” Christianity into spiritual Christianity. In other words, to embody the teachings of Christ to a much greater extent. This helps them elevate their sense of religion from belief and faith to incorporate deeper inner experience.
Jesus didn’t come to create a religion as much as to offer transformation for those who heard his teachings. The class considers ways to awaken the innocence that Jesus praised as necessary for entry into the Kingdom of Heaven. It also teaches a cleansing process that purifies the heart and develops a deep capability of forgiveness of others in circumstances of conflict. It also shows a way to daily renew the mind, to lift the level of speech, and to be more receptive for the transcendent experience of being re-born in the midst of the tumult of a busy life.
B. “Rumi, Whitman, Meditation, & Enlightenment”
Jalaluddin Rumi (13th century Sufi) and Walt Whitman (19th century American), in different ways, awakened their consciousness from the limitations of an individual poet to touch the limitless universality that lives at the center of every human life. Both drank the joys of cosmic life and delighted in singing of them in their poetry, sensed the presence of God, and felt boundless love for the people of their day. Both wrote to inspire their comrades to wake up from a “long sleep.”
In this poetic recital/meditation, East and West meet in a special ‘field,’ that Rumi described: “Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,/there is a field./When the soul lies down in that grass,/the world is too full to talk about…” In Leaves of Grass, particularly his epic “Song of Myself,” Whitman expresses what it’s like to lie down in that grass.
In this class, Cary Bayer, author of Walt Whitman: Poet of Enlightenment, describes states of Enlightenment that both poets wrote about, and provides an experience of effortless meditation to tap into the Transcendent Self that’s the center of every student’s Being.
C. “Literary Yoga: Whitman & Salinger as Writers/Seers”
A Webinar with Phil Goldberg or a Workshop in Person by Myself<
They were not just literary geniuses; they were like gurus, who wrote extraordinary poems and stories & transmitted universal spiritual wisdom. Walt Whitman, in the 19th century, and J.D. Salinger, a century later, were N.Y. writers who perceived the sacred essence at the mystical center of human life. In seeking the Infinite, they pointed us to it. Whitman wrote: “There are divine things well envelop’d,/I swear to you there are divine things more beautiful than words can tell.” In Salinger, a 6-year-old boy watching his sister pour milk, says, “I saw that she was God and the milk was God. I mean all she was doing was pouring God into God if you know what I mean.” The spirituality in Whitman’s verse and in Salinger’s prose is like the poses in yoga classes—they both can take your breath away.
Awakened to the Self within, Whitman had powerful glimpses of the One Spirit that pervades the universe. This awareness, coupled with his love of “comrades,” enabled his poetry to be, as one critic dubbed it, “a remarkable mixture of the Bhagavad Gita and the New York Herald.” His poetic chants of direct expressions of the Divine can awaken it in us, too, because we share that same infinite Self.
Salinger was deeply touched by India’s wisdom. A Yoga student of Vedanta, he felt a strong impulse to share his insights with his post-war peers, urging them to turn from shallow, phony concerns embrace the quest for spiritual depth. His characters brilliantly explored the challenges of pursuing that quest in the modern world.
Both writers tasted the joys of an expanded mind and heart and delighted in describing them. Both have vital lessons for us as we integrate our spiritual values with our worldly concerns.
The workshop features the learning of a cleansing breath meditation, and concludes with an effortless mantra meditation that helps to awaken the inner Being that these pair of writers described.

D. “Poetry Yoga: Whitman, The Transcendental Self, & Meditation”
Awakened to the Transcendent Self within and inspired by the writings of the Transcendentalists, Walt Whitman had powerful glimpses of the One Spirit that pervades the universe. This awareness, coupled with his love of “comrades,” enabled his poetry to be, as one critic dubbed it, “a remarkable mixture of the Bhagavad Gita and the New York Herald.” His poetic chants of direct expressions of the Transcendental Self can awaken it in you because he and you share that level of Being.
Cary Bayer, who wrote his Masters thesis on Whitman at Maharishi International University, is the author of Walt Whitman: Poet of Enlightenment. He taught Transcendental Meditation for more than three decades before developing Higher Self Healing Meditation in 2010. In this enlightening class, he recites verse from the poet’s Leaves of Grass to stir your deepest Self, then describes a meditation technique that you can practice daily at home. This can enable you to contact that Self regularly, and incorporate the great peace and freedom it provides, as you grow toward the higher states of consciousness that Whitman sang so eloquently of.
E. “Oy to Joy: From Kineahora to Affirmation” (For synagogues)
This class is designed to transform longstanding discomfort among many Jewish people in confidently expressing accomplishments, for fear that they’ll be jinxed and taken away. The centuries-old tradition holds that boasting about your blessings might stimulate anger or jealousy in a person, or attract supernatural dybbuks, golems, or goblins, which could then cast an evil eye on you. Jewish bubbes say that it’s smart to avoid sharing your naches, but if you forget, or if someone else compliments you, you can say kinehora (German kein meaning no, ayin ha-rah, which is Hebrew for evil eye).
Many Semites possess a deep-seated lack of peace, a primal oy (a sigh of exasperation and anxiety) where joy could be. This class employs techniques of empowerment to replace the habitual oy with a deep sense of joy. What’s more, it shows how affirmation can help bring into manifestation the positive accomplishments that Jewish people have been so defensive about sharing for fear of retribution in some form. Lastly, the class presents methods to help defuse an endemic sense of guilt, and replace it with a natural experience of unadulterated innocence. Its promise: much less oy and much more joy
A. “How to make your New Year’s Resolutions come True”
The first few days of January each year are the national days for bowls and goals, when some football team will become the number one gridiron program in college. January 1 is also the big day for fantasy, because without a commitment and a plan, the resolutions you make on that day–whether to lose a lot of weight or to make a lot of money-are really just pipe dreams.
Many resolutions made by people on January 1 are forgotten by January 4. The habits that created the condition on January 1–the ones that you say you want changed–will still be alive and kicking on January 2. For some people, however, resolutions they make on January 1 become realities by March 1. The difference is in the commitments to make those dreams come true.
Suppose your resolution is to double your income by year’s end. Only a new seed yields a new crop. To double your income you must at least double your magnetism and your imagination. You must become a bigger person in the process. A similar principle applies to the manifestation of virtually any new year’s resolution.
This workshop introduces the New Year’s Resolution Aerobics, an inner workout that you can practice in 15 minutes per day to make sure that the pilot light of commitment is kept lit all year, and the goals that you set for yourself as the ball dropped over Times Square are alive in your consciousness throughout the year and, more importantly, become your realities before the next ball drops.
B. “How to be at Peace with your Parents”
Rare is the person who doesn’t have unresolved issues with one or more parents, whether they’re living or not. People often spend thousands of dollars in therapy trying to resolve these conflicts.
Have you ever noticed that people who resemble one or both parents whom you’re incomplete with have an uncanny knack for showing up in your life in different guises? That’s no accident. This workshop will provide the theoretical framework to understand the role these people play in your life.
This highly practical workshop also comes equipped with a systematic, three-step Completion Process that frees you of the toxic energy and heavy weight that you’ve been carrying around for all these years. In this class, you’ll make tremendous progress toward finishing the first two of these three steps that are vital for your physical, emotional, and financial health, and will enable you to become at peace with either or both of your parents, as well as the people who’ve come into your life to help you gain peace with your parents.
C. “Thanksgiving, Gratitude & Prosperity”
Step into the spirit of generosity and abundance, and learn a new way to experience this National Holiday! It’s a day dedicated to giving thanks, a day of gratitude if, consciously celebrated, can lead to a life of gratitude, which in turn leads to a much more prosperous life. This workshop can help you embody the spirit of generosity that prevailed at the first Thanksgiving between the Pilgrims and the Native Americans as you learn techniques that will unfold greater gratitude, generosity and abundance.
D. “Embrace your Inner Santa Claus: How to Embody Prosperity”
Many of you have played Santa Claus either at a Christmas party or in your very own home. But how many of you know the secret to embodying this long-standing, cross-cultural archetype of abundance and patron saint of prosperity? This workshop will teach you that. It will also show you how to use ancient and modern techniques that have helped tens of thousands of people magnetize prosperity for themselves, while simultaneously becoming enormous embodiments of generosity, and having a jolly old time doing it, a jolliness worthy of Santa Claus.
A. “Healer, Heal Thyself: A Workshop for Counselors, Coaches, Chiropractors, Clergy, LMTs, & Healers ”
The physician has long been told to heal thyself. Why should it be any different for metaphysicians like clergy and healers, counselors, coaches, chiropractors and massage therapists? They serve as instruments for the healing of their clients, patients and congregants, but who helps them in their healing?
Those who care for others need to receive care from others, as well. In this workshop, CE provider Cary Bayer, author of the Grow a Rich Massage Business trilogy of books, who’s coached more than 300 therapists and dozens of clergy, healers and counselors, will help them learn how to do that on a daily basis. , will help them learn how to do that on a daily basis. Participants will learn how to rejuvenate their innate enthusiasm, a vital skill for those who can be drained so often after putting in a day of healing. They’ll also learn how to allow prosperity to flow into their own lives. Each participant will also be shown how to more deeply awaken her intuition; how to rewire the Unconscious by transforming the negative training that she learned in childhood; and how to solidify boundaries so that she can support her clients without taking on their problems. Lastly, each student will be taught “Prana-Sperity: The Breath of Abundance” that will give her the experience of expanded aliveness in the very cells of her being.
A. “Take a Breath: An Enlightened Way to Manage Stress”
This workshop will show you the linguistic link between breath and spirit, and will inspire you in the deepest sense of the word. It will teach you a connected breathing technique that’s a more refined version of respiration than you’re used to, which will result in your feeling truly inspired. The class will also show you how to keep cool on the job, and how to be more flexible in life.
The class culminates in a group session of Prana-Sperity: The Connected Breath of Abundance, a deeply relaxing process that releases a great deal of stress and strain. The abundance of oxygen offers an experience of pleasure at the cellular level, making it easier to attract love and happiness in your relationships, and more prosperity in your finances.
